2010-2011
ICT accomplished all of its goals for the 2010-2011 fiscal year. Our top priority and most important accomplishment is the continued success in providing high quality, reliable service and support to our community. Major work for this year included the development of the new central research computing cluster, the completion of the Windows 7 migration, the Office 2010 upgrade, continued security and computing support for the FAIR Health project, ICT staff reorganization, and the Maxwell website redesign. These accomplishments are detailed in subsequent sections.
This year, ICT's technology initiatives include the deployment of the new wireless network, the Global Collaboratory upgrade, the implementation of the laptop encryption standard, new digital signage system deployment, and the development of a new disaster recovery plan.

2009 - 2010
Summary of the Year
ICT accomplished all of its goals for the 2009-2010 fiscal year. Our top priority and most important accomplishment is the continued success in providing high quality, reliable service and support to our community. Major work for this year included the 64-Bit Windows 7 desktop rollout, security and computing support for the Fair Health project, the upgrade of the Maxwell Auditorium, and the completion of the web content management system migration. These accomplishments are detailed in subsequent sections.
ICT's technology initiatives this year include the deployment of new and innovative computing sustainability strategies, upgrade of our media services infrastructure, introduction of a low-cost, low-power desktop solution and the opening of a secure research room.

2008 - 2009
Summary of the Year
It was a busy and productive year for ICT. Our top priority and most important accomplishment is the continued success in providing high quality, reliable service and support to our community. Major work for this year included the introduction of green computing sustainability initiatives, new web and media services, 64 bit desktop computing, and the launch of the Technical Advisor Project (TAP) program. These accomplishments are detailed in subsequent sections.
ICT's technology initiatives this year include completing the migration of the legacy domain services to the new university-wide SUAD domain, consolidation of hardware through virtualization and centralization, implementing a Flash server, the launch of the new content management system, classroom and network closet upgrades, and the implementation of a disaster recovery system.
