Kim Authors New Study

Soonhee Kim, associate professor of public administration, authors a new study on Local Government Capacity and Transparency in Developing Countries in the Asian region.  The study provides a management capacity framework for local governments to strengthen transparent local governance and analyzes benchmarking case studies of best practices in China and South Korea. The report has been a background document for a UN workshop held in Beijing, People's Republic of China.
