Welcome to the Russian Version of the online course template!

This is a template for a course that I offer each Fall Semester, Theories of International Relations: An introduction to the theory and practice of International Relations for the professional degree students in the MA in International Relations Program at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. The course is a survey and critique of approaches to understanding international relations from the perspective of the practitioner who must deal with problems of individual choice, small groups, and organizational factors in the conduct of International Relations. 

This template is designed to be edited in Word 2000 and saved as a Web page. Faculty members can change the text, add images, alter the background, and add their own hyperlinks to customize the course site for their own distance education course. Instructions for making these changes will be added soon.
