In this two-hour exercise and nutrition class, learn
- the top ten healing foods for older people
- simple exercise movements to improve appearance, bone density, and posture
- fitness demonstrations from the "Fit for the Next Fifty" Team
- how to meditate and breathe to promote clearer mental focus
9-11 am, rain or shine!
Onondaga Lake Park
(behind the Visitor Center, next to the Wegmans Playground). Free, convenient
parking. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a water bottle and a lawn chair.
