In this two-hour exercise and nutrition class, learn

  • the top ten healing foods for older people
  • simple exercise movements to improve appearance, bone density, and posture
  • fitness demonstrations from the "Fit for the Next Fifty" Team
  • how to meditate and breathe to promote clearer mental focus

9-11 am, rain or shine! Onondaga Lake Park (behind the Visitor Center, next to the Wegmans Playground). Free, convenient parking. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a water bottle and a lawn chair. Directions to the Park.

Register and pay in class. Just $5, which includes annual membership in the Lifelong Learning Institute. Free to current LLI members!
