The Certificate of Advanced Study in Public Administration can be pursued concurrently by students enrolled in the EMIR program.  It will complement the course work required of the EMIR degree. 

To complete the certificate, students are required to complete 12-credits of course work including one required course and three additional courses take from the public administration offerings (recognized by a PAI prefix).  Most individuals taking the certificate state an interest in improving their management and leadership skills or an interest in developing concrete knowledge in a specific policy area.
