The inaugural Maxwell Humphrey Fellows attended the Year-End Retreat held at Rocky Gap Resort, Cumberland, MD, from May 16 - 19, 2010. It was a great event, culminating in a ceremony where each Humphrey Fellow received their Certificates of Completion signed by President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton! Congratulations to Maxwell’s first Hubert H. Humphrey Fellows!
