School ink MoU
The Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Maxwell School signed a
Memorandum of Understanding on December 3, 2007. The purpose of the
program is to offer selected Seoul Metropolitan Government
mid-career civil servants the opportunity to complete an Executive
Master of Public Administration (EMPA), to improve their
English-language skills and to participate in a challenging
internship practicum in the United States
