Over 100 Mid-Career Indian Administrative Service Officers Complete the Phase IV ProgramSenior officers within the Indian Administrative Service, representing almost every state in India, attended the Phase IV program that took place in April, May and June of this year. The program took place at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, the Indian government’s premier research and training institute on administration and public policy. A short exposure visit took place in Seoul with our close partner, the Korean Development Institute School of Public Policy and Management.This is the second iteration of a three year contract to design, develop and deliver training programs for senior IAS officers.
