Welcome Executive Education's Newest Citizen!On Wednesday July 29th, Caroline Tong, Ph.D. became a United States Citizen along with 40 others from 24 countries. U.S. District Court's Senior Judge Frederick Scullin Jr. administered in Syracuse NY.Caroline has been with Executive Education for 15 years and has played a critical role in developing the Maxwell School’s profile in China. She currently resides in Beijing assuming responsibilities for both the Maxwell School's Executive Education Program and Syracuse University’s Study Abroad program.
