Q: I am having trouble with my computer account. Who can help me?
A:  If it is your MAXWELL account, contact the Maxwell Information and Technology Group by emailing them at service@maxwell.syr.edu or calling 443-3847.
 
If it pertains to your SUNIX account contact Syracuse University's Computing & Media Services Department at 443-2677

Q: I have lost my Syracuse University ID, what should I do?
A:  Contact the SU ID Office at 443-2726

Q: I can not enter the complex using my SU ID card, what do I need to do?
A:  Please come to the Executive Education Office for the appropriate documentation and instruction.
