Dr. Marie Price is the recipient of the 2005 Oscar and
Shoshana Trachtenberg Teaching Excellence Award at The George
Washington University.
Dr. Douglas Reimondo Robertson has been named the first
full-time director of the Teaching and Learning Center at
Eastern Kentucky University.

 Dr. Marta Herrera has been
appointed Professor of Geography at the National University of
Colombia in Bogotá. She will teach courses on Historical and
Political Geography, and Environmental History.
Dr. Jeffrey Gordon
is shown performing "grass roots" field work in cultural
geography during the summer, 2002 in the area of Oak Harbor,
Ohio.
