Summary: The Development and Social Transformation Forum will host the tenth in a series of symposia on policy issues in developing countries. Graduate students from throughout the Maxwell School will present research papers in 24 panels. Topics range from public sector effectiveness to the AIDS pandemic to environmental and health policies in developing countries.
