 Fifth European Union Graduate Student Simulation

"Quo Vadis Europa et NATO?"

April 13-14, 2009

The Moynihan European Research Center is happy to announce the Fifth European Union Graduate Student Simulation, titled "Quo Vadis Europa et NATO?"

The format of the simulation is "European Council + Four"; in addition to a number of the EU states represented, representatives from the United States, Ukraine, Turkey, and Russia will also be present.  The goal of the simulation is to draft a Memorandum of Understanding reflecting joint security philosophy and contingency division of tasks for the near- and medium-term future within NATO and Partnership for Peace Frameworks.  All countries present will be allowed to participate and lobby towards the final shape of the memorandum
