Summer research support and research workshops for Maxwell doctoral students with global-affairs interests.

The Moynihan Institute of the Maxwell School at Syracuse University solicits research proposals from Maxwell doctoral students doing research on global and international issues for summer financial support, followed by their participation in ten or so special research seminars (the Goekjian Scholars Seminars) during the following academic year.
