While you register as a main campus SU student, you reside in Albany and earn 15 credits, 9 of which can be applied to any topical specialization of the major or minor. The Assembly meets from early January throughout the semester and you will be working as a aid to an Assemblyperson. It is a great way to learn how public policy is made and whether or not you want to part of the process as a career.

Contact SUIP or Michele Walker in the Public Affairs Office for more information.
