Dissertation Award
Heather Getha-Taylor,
former PARC Associate, was
selected as the winner of the "Best Dissertation Award" for
2007 given by the National Association of Schools of Public
Affairs and Administration. Getha-Taylors dissertation
is titled, "Specifying and Testing a Model of Collaborative
Capacity: Identifying Complementary Competencies,
Incentive Structures, and Leadership Lessons for the U.S.
Department of Homeland Security." Her disseration
chairs were Rosemary O'Leary and Patricia Ingraham.
