These case studies are available from the PARCC Project on Spoilers of Peace (SOP). Spoiling behavior includes the use of coercive tactics in an effort to strengthen the hand of hardliners on each side of the conflict. This research project uses a structured-focused comparative case study methodology to examine cases of spoiling activity.
