Panel on Teaching Citizenship in Challenging Times

Panelists will talk about how they conceptualize citizenship in their courses, and some of the challenges and advantages they have faced while teaching about citizenship in the contemporary social and political climate. The panel presentation will be followed by a discussion (including everyone in the room) about how to incorporate readings and topics dealing with citizenship, broadly defined, into courses we plan to teach in the future.
