Jihad as Grand Strategy: Islamist Militancy, National Security, and the Pakistani State

Kapur’s talk will examine Islamist militants based in Pakistan and how they play a major role in terrorism around the world. He will focus on the Pakistani government’s reactions to these groups and he will share his thoughts on  solutions to this threat.
