 ver general societal support? • Is there any way out to break the vicious 
 cycle of violence in Pakistan? • Is there any historical linkage to the pr
 esent day militancy phenomenon in Pakistan? • Are there any perceptions st
 ronger than realities regarding Pakistan's role in war on terror? Abdul Ja
 bbar is a Fulbright scholar and EMPA candidate from Pakistan. He is a care
 er police officer possessing twelve years command level policing experienc
 e in the turbulent areas of Punjab and KPK provinces of Pakistan. His part
 icular interests are organizational change in public sector and public pol
 icy. When: Wednesday\, February 8\, 2012 Where: 204 Maxwell Hall Time: 11:
 30 am – 12:30 pm Peer to peer is a series for Executive Masters in Public 
 Administration students to share issues\, problems or successes with their
  fellow students. Each student guest speaker will speak for about 20-30 mi
 nutes and then we will have a 20-30 minute discussion time. This event is
