 \; as a crisis\, governance and stabilization foreign service officer at t
 he United States Agency for International Development\; and as a Rosenthal
  Fellow at the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Pol
 icy Planning. In addition to his government service\, Chorev has served as
  chief of staff of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace\, and as
  a researcher at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science an
 d International Affairs. He is a David Rockefeller Fellow at The Trilatera
 l Commission and a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He hol
 ds degrees from Tufts University\, New England Conservatory\, and The Flet
 cher School of Law and Diplomacy.
