  India’s economy has gone through ups and downs and India has experimented
  with different kinds of policies\, with important lessons for all develop

 oday\, from the shrinking demand for labor\, thanks to advances in digital

 ed extensively in development economics\, game theory\, welfare economics 
 and industrial organization. His most recent book "The Republic of Beliefs
 : A New Approach to Law and Economics" was published by Princeton Universi
 ty Press in 2018.
