  Ignacio Saiz as the Spring 2011 Moynihan TNGO Fellow. CESR is an internat
 ional non-governmental organization based in Madrid and New York working a
 t the intersections of human rights and development. Prior to leading CESR
 \, Mr. Saiz was director of policy at the international secretariat of Amn
 esty International\, where his responsibilities included overseeing the de
 velopment of Amnesty's research\, campaigning and advocacy on economic\, s
 ocial and cultural rights. Previous roles at Amnesty International have in
 cluded deputy director of the Americas Program\, policy coordinator and Ce
 ntral America researcher. He has also worked as a freelance human rights c
 onsultant for several other organizations in areas relating to sexuality a
 nd human rights\, the prevention of torture and post-conflict accountabili
 ty. Ignacio holds an LLM in international human rights law with distinctio
