 political science at the University of Pennsylvania and a senior research 
 fellow at the Institute for Advanced International Studies at the Universi
 ty of World Economy and Diplomacy in Tashkent. His dissertation\, titled “
 Varieties of Post-Soviet Petrostates: Pathways to Mitigating the Resource 
 Curse\,” analyzes the trajectory of post-Soviet Russia’s energy politics f
 rom an interdisciplinary perspective\, comparing it to the trajectories of
  other petrostates in post-Soviet Eurasia. His empirical research based on
  extensive fieldwork conducted over several months in Russia\, Central Asi
 a (Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan)\, and the South Caucasus between 2020 and 20
 23. His works were published by the Diplomat\, Asian Affairs\, Routledge\,
  and Cambridge University Press. He holds master’s degrees in political sc
 ience from Penn (2019)\, and in international relations from the Maxwell S
 chool at Syracuse University (2016).
