 d with the Better Work\nprogram of the ILO and the International Finance C
 orporation (IFC)\, advising on\ntrade union capacity building and labour s
 tandards compliance. Alison is a member\nof the board of the Ethical Tradi
 ng Initiative (ETI). Alison has degrees in\neconomics and political scienc
 e.&nbsp\;The International Trade Union\nConfederation\, based in Brussels\
 , represents 175 million workers in 156\ncountries and has 315 national la
 bor union affiliates. The ITUC represents the\nvoice of workers in many ec
 onomic and social intergovernmental bodies including\nthe United Nations\,
