 cess. This talk will draw on the work of Dotlichand Cairo and apply their 
 research of leadership behavior to the world of transnational NGOs\, givin
 g a first-hand experience of the successes and failures in leadership prac
 tice. Richard Marshall is the Senior Director for People and Culture of Wo
 rld Vision International –one of the largest and most influential Western 
 TNGOs. He brings his background as a chartered occupational psychologist t
 o work closely with senior staff to lead and establish sustainable organiz
