 NYU’s Institute for Education and Social Policy.&nbsp\; She has authored o
 r co-authored dozens of journal articles and book chapters\, presented at 
 numerous conferences\, and received over a dozen grants. &nbsp\;This annua
 l lecture is sponsored by the Education Finance and Accountability program
  at Maxwell and is named in honor of emeritus professor Jerry Miner\, an E
 FAP faculty associate who is widely known for his research in public finan
 ce in general and education finance in particular.
