 Construction and Establishment Institute. As a lawyer\, Mr. Alrwishdi work
 ed at the national and international levels to defend victims of human rig
 hts violations in Syria\, including directly defending activists arrested 
 at protests and documenting violations and atrocities across Syria. He is 
 the founder of the Free Syrian Lawyers Association and Center for Rule of 
 Law and Good Governance that aim to lay a foundation for a transition to r
 ule of law.&nbsp\;Mr. Alrwishdi  is a recipient of the Rubin International
