 e program in 2020. He\nwill also present on the new CET Colombia program f
 ocused on race\, identity\,\nand ethnicity through the Afro-Colombia lens.
  Syracuse Abroad is looking at\nthis program for possible approval as it m
 ay fill a niche for Syracuse students\nwho wish to focus on this topic.\n\
 n  \n\nOriginally from Puerto Rico\,&nbsp\;Dr. Cruz-Feliciano  has a PhD i
 n\nPolitical Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has ta
 ught\nSocial Sciences and Political Science at the University of Puerto Ri
 co-Rio\nPiedras\, Universidad Metropolitana (Puerto Rico)\, Universidad Th
 omas More\n(Nicaragua)\, and in the Political Science graduate program at 
 the Pontificia\nUniversidad Católica de Chile. From 2003 to 2013 he served
  as Resident Director\nfor CIEE in Nicaragua and Chile. He has traveled ex
 tensively in Latin America\nand speaks Spanish and Portuguese.&nbsp\;He is
  in charge of the design\, implementation\nand execution of the CET progra
