 e a general introduction to thinking and working with cultural difference 
 in conflict management that will provide you with a great opportunity to l
 earn and develop facilitation skills that will serve as a foundation for w
 orking with diverse groups both in professional and community outreach.&nb

  The Conflict Management Center (CMC) is a student-­led\, educational proj
 ect of the Program for the Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collabo
 ration (PARCC). The organization focuses on developing skills in conflict 
 transformation and in training others in those skills through workshops an
 d outreach events that are open to both the University and the greater Syr
