 th whom he worked in various technical\, management and leadership positio
 ns for over 25 years. He is from Nepal and has lived in and worked in Gamb
 ia\, Ethiopia\, Vietnam\, Thailand\, England and South Africa for most of 
 the past 30 years. He trained as an agronomist/seed technologist in Nepal 
 and the UK. His expertise and research includes food and agriculture\; int
 ernational NGO governance\, strategy and management and governance\; accou
 ntability systems\; human-rights-based approaches and programming and Sout
 h-South networking and influencing. Lunch will be served
