 m Cochabamba\, Bolivia. She is currently the Founding Spanish Teacher at G
 irls Global Academy and an instructor at the International Language Instit
 ute in Washington\, DC\, and a translator for the Maryknoll Lay Missioners
 . Trained at the Alliance Française\, the Maryknoll Language Institute\, a
 nd Universidad Mayor de San Simón in Cochabamba\, she has taught Spanish\,
  English\, and French to students from pre-school to adult in a variety of
  settings. She is a musician\, playing guitar and singing in Spanish and F
 rench. She lives with her husband\, Dan Moriarty\, and their two teenage s
 ons. Dan MoriartyCatholic Missioner and Peace AdvocateDan Moriarty is the 
 Sustainable Pathways to Peace Coordinator at the Maryknoll Office for Glob
 al Concerns in Washington\, advocating for peace and justice in U.S. forei
 gn policy. He worked for many years in human rights\, youth and prison min
 istry\, teaching Conflict Transformation\, and building and directing an i
 mmersion program with Maryknoll in Bolivia. He has B.A. in Sociology from 
 the College of William and Mary and an M.A. in International Peace Studies
  from the University of Notre Dame. Dan lives with his wife\, Rocío Peñara
