The authors of the w inning papers will be presented with an award of $500 and a certificate.Th e entries\, which can originate as course papers\, will be evaluated by a faculty committee on the basis of originality of research and conceptualiz ation\, cogency of argument and clarity of writing. Essays must be no fewe r than 5\,000 and no more than 7\,500 words in length (including bibliogra phy)\, double-spaced and must have been produced between May 1\, 2015\, an d April 1\, 2016.
