  competitive\nand proposals will be judged on the basis of (i) the quality
  of the proposed\nresearch\, (ii) the organization and thoughtfulness of t
 he proposal\, and (iii) the\nappropriateness and feasibility of the resear
 ch plan in relation to the\nstudent's background and qualifications.&nbsp\
 ;\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nYou may apply for more than one summer grant from the\nM
 oynihan Institute\, but you will not receive more than one in a given year
