 2009 as Head of the Transition Team to establish the International Anti-co
 rruption Academy in Austria. He is a 23-year veteran of the Department of 
 Justice\, where he was attorney-advisor on the Iran-Contra investigation\,
  assisted in the prosecution of Manual Noriega\, prosecuted principals for
  the purported charity Help the Needy (for illegally sending into Iraq) an
 d initiated fraud investigations relating to the Dept. of Defense contract
