 ess. He also will outline a\nframework for establishing an enduring peace 
 regime on the Korean peninsula.&nbsp\;\n\nDr. K.A.\n("Tony") Namkung has w
 orked for many years\, often behind-the-scenes\,\nto build bridges to the 
 DPRK on behalf of individuals\, organizations\, and\ngovernments in the Un
 ited States\, ROK\, and Japan. An American of Korean\ndescent\, Namkung wa
 s born in Shanghai\, raised in Tokyo\, and educated in\nAmerican schools a
 broad. He is the recipient of major grants from the\nRockefeller Foundatio
 n\, the U.S. Department of Energy\, and the MacArthur\nFoundation. He was 
 also a Woodrow Wilson Fellow\, Fulbright Fellow\, and Danforth\nFoundation
  Fellow. He received his Ph.D. in Asian history from the University\nof Ca
