  can help deal with emotions associated with interpersonal conflict- refle
 ctive listening. Reflective Listening helps address these high emotions in
  order to allow 'room' to address the conflict. Add these two 'tools' to y
 our conflict management toolbox in an interactive\, participatory workshop
  format.1 p.m.-3 p.m.: Train the Trainer: First Year Forum.&nbsp\; This se
 ssion will train interested volunteers who attended the morning session to
  become CMC Associates and prepare them for leading future training sessio
 ns throughout the academic year\, including SU's First Year Forum (FYF).&n
 bsp\; We will cover everything you need to know in order to be a successfu
 l trainer using our CMC developed curriculum.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Each CMC worksh
