 ssor at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She completed her Ph.D. in the 
 Department of Political Science at Syracuse University. Previously\, she s
 erved as a research fellow at the Korean Institute for Women and Politics 
 and at the Institute of Civil Society and New Governance at Kyung Hee Univ
 ersity in South Korea. She also coordinated the program of the Internation
 al Conference of NGO’s which was held in Seoul in cooperation with the Uni
 ted Nations. Her research focuses on collective memory\, identity\, gender
