  platforms.Ibrat Safo has been reporting on Uzbekistan for the BBC in Uzbe
 k\, Russian and English languages for the past twenty years. He covers a w
 ide range of topics such as corruption\, torture and deaths in detention\,
  environmental degradation\, migration and many more. Ibrat Safo also film
 s and produces documentaries involving the social\, political and economic
  lives of people connected to Central Asia both\, at present and formerly.
 Karlygash Jamankulova is a political communications and human rights exper
 t.&nbsp\;Prior to becoming the president of the “Adil Soz\,” she worked si
 x years as the Central Asian media advisor at the U.S. Mission Kazakhstan\
 , and seven years at the European Union Delegation to Kazakhstan as the pr
 ess officer. She has been closely involved in observing and promoting free
  and fair elections in Kazakhstan and other countries such as Egypt\, Leba
 non\, Jordan and Afghanistan to conduct election process activities and lo
 ng-term observations for the National Democratic Institute. She holds a Ph
 .D. in political communication and international journalism from Al-Farabi
  Kazakh National University.&nbsp\;She was a visiting scholar at Columbia 
 University's School of International and Public Affairs.
