 ral values do we have that affect how we\ninteract with others\, especiall

 working with people from different cultural backgrounds?\nWhat is the role
  of these cultural differences in addressing interpersonal\nconflicts? Our
  interactions with the world are shaped by our cultural values\nand unders
 tandings. This workshop will seek to address the above questions\nthrough 
 a broad analysis of cultural values and understandings\, and a focus on\ni
 dentifying barriers that prevent effective cross-cultural communication.\n
 Emphasis will be placed on developing and practicing skills that will aid 
 in\ndecreasing the effects of these barriers. The workshop will be highly\
 ninteractive with simulations and participatory activities. Free &amp\; op
