The Moynihan Institute of Global Affairs at Syracuse Uni versity's Maxwell School houses theSouth Asia Center through which these f ellowships are administered.Eligibility is restricted to undergraduates an d graduates who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents AND who are enrol ledfull-time in a program of study at Syracuse University that includes in tensive foreign language and area studies coursework ordissertation work t hat is enhanced by foreign language training.
