During the Maxwell School Celebration of Undergraduate Scholarship, Social Science departments come together to recognize the research efforts of our outstanding undergraduate students. We appreciate the involvement of all social science faculty and staff,
whether providing department information, assisting with the event, or serving as sponsors for research projects.
To join the Celebration, a department must complete a registration form. By registering, your department awards will appear in the official Celebration brochure. You will also receive Celebration updates and promotional materials to share with your faculty,
staff, and students. Registration forms must be submitted through the on-line portal by 5:00 pm on April 6, 2018.

The Maxwell School will be responsible for communicating with participating students through Blackboard, for printing research posters prior to the Celebration, and convening a faculty committee for awards selection.
During the spring semester, you will be asked to provide information for the event brochure. This information will include:
- List of 2017-2018 inductees into honor societies
- Departmental awards and award winners
- Students completing distinction programs
Any information provided will be kept confidential until the Celebration poster session begins at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, May 2, 2018.
