For graduate students, the School offers academic and practicum experiences in
nearly 20 countries on five continents, in addition to the globally oriented
programs on campus and at Maxwell's new Washington, D.C., headquarters. In some cases, these foreign locations provide
specialized, site-specific coursework; in all cases, they are launch pads for
any student's efforts to establish internships and research opportunities
overseas. This is especially significant for students pursuing Maxwell's MA in International Relations degree, for whom the global internship is an
integrated, required part of the program.
