Bio
Dan was raised in both western New York State and East Yorkshire, England. He holds an M.A. in Political Science from Syracuse University, an M.A. in Middle Eastern Studies from Leiden University, and a B.A. in International Relations from SUNY Geneseo. His research interests include: the effects of socioeconomic inequality and money in politics; the politics of European integration; the rise of populism and anti-establishment politics; and political party development in Western democracies.
