Alanna Warner awarded Public Humanities Fellowship by Humanities New York
Alanna
Warner, who has been awarded a Public Humanities Fellowship by Humanities New
York. The year-long fellowship involves training in
public scholarship and exploring public dimensions of research in partnership
with a community organization. Her project, "Mapping Life Histories of the
Huntington Irish," will involve working with a New York City museum to
create an online exhibit of story maps that detail the lives of Irish
immigrants living in New York City in the nineteenth century.
