Rhea is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Public Administration and International Affairs. Prior to her study, she worked within the economic development and social policy fields in various analytical capacities. Rhea's research interests include social and urban policy issues. She works with professors Sarah Hamersma and Kathy Michelmore.
