Brandon is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Public Administration and International Affairs and works in the Center for Policy Research with Professor Peter Wilcoxen. Brandon worked for over a decade as a market and regulatory policy analyst in the electric utility industry prior to pursuing graduate study. His primary research interests are in the areas of environmental and energy policy, utility regulation and energy transitions.
