Judith Liu is a Ph.D. candidate in economics at the Maxwell School. Before joining Syracuse University, Judith received her B.A. in economics from National Chengchi University in Taiwan and M.A. in economics from Washington University in St. Louis. Her primary research interests are in public and labor economics, with a focus on evaluating the impacts of public policies and government programs. Judith's academic work has been published in American Economic Review: Papers and Proceedings, and Taiwan Economic Forecast and Policy. She is working with Alfonso Flores-Lagunes.
