Affinity Groups

The Maxwell School is home to five affinity groups for Maxwell faculty, staff, alumni and graduate students of color, as well as for international graduate students. These affinity groups bring together individuals with a similar identity to empower them and provide community and mentoring.

These groups complement similar groups across the university's campus and aim to fill gaps to ensure we are creating an environment where everyone feels they belong.
