Collaborative Governance in International Civil Society

The rise of decentralized decision making and collaborative governance structures presents democracies with great challenges and opportunities. With more nontraditional actors entering the public policy and governance arena, how can government officials, non-profits and NGOs work together to address our most pressing needs? During this talk, three panelists will address the challenges and opportunities connected to answering this question.
